The Trapstar Irongate Collar Puffer Jacket Purple is the colour version of the silhouette Trapstar is best known for. Same panelled body and high padded collar as the black, in a deep purple.
Purple is the harder colour to pull off, and the better one
Almost everyone buys the black puffer. That is the safe choice and it is also the one you will see on twenty other people. Purple is the version that gets noticed, and because Trapstar runs colour editions in smaller numbers than the core black, it is the harder one to replace once your size goes.
The collar, not a hood
This is the collar model. It zips to the jaw and stands on its own with no hood behind it, which sits flatter under a seatbelt and does not bunch when you wear a bag across the body. The Irongate T sits on the chest against the purple panels.

Building an outfit around it
