Oversized is a different silhouette, not a bigger size
This is cut wider through the chest and shorter in the body than the standard sets, so it sits square rather than long. Do not confuse that with sizing up. Take your usual size and you will get the shape the cut intends. Size up and it stops looking oversized and starts looking too big.
Decoded on an oversized body
The wider panel gives the Decoded graphic more room than it gets on a standard tee, so the print reads at full scale instead of being cropped by the seams. On black it stays tonal enough to wear without it becoming the whole conversation.
