Order your usual size. The drawcord gives room at the waist, so if you are between sizes the smaller one usually works better than sizing up and losing the line of the leg.

Care

Cold at thirty degrees, inside out, no softener. Air dry rather than tumble. Heat shrinks fleece through the inside leg first, which is exactly where you notice it, and it cracks the print at the same time.

Tie the drawcord loosely before washing so it does not pull inside the waistband. Fold along the leg seam for storage rather than hanging by the waistband, which stretches elastic over time.
