Is HypeWard an official stockist?

No. HypeWard is an independent retailer and reseller of selected streetwear. We are not an official or authorised stockist of any brand and we hold no brand partnerships.

How do I choose the right size?

Every collection page carries a size guide with real measurements, plus notes where a line runs differently. Corteiz cargos have a non-elasticated waist, so take your usual size. Trapstar Decoded puffers run cropped. Stüssy uses US sizing. Fear of God Essentials is cut oversized. If you are between sizes, email us with your usual size and height before ordering.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, then take 4 to 5 working days in the UK from dispatch. Worldwide options are shown at checkout with estimates for your destination.

Is delivery free?

Free UK and worldwide delivery applies on orders over £99. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Customs charges, import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival, are set by the destination country, and are the recipient's responsibility.
