About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from it. By placing an order, you agree to them. HypeWard is operated by Hype Ward Ltd, company number 16800735.
Our position as a reseller
HypeWard is an independent reseller. We are not an authorised retailer for any brand we stock; we hold no brand partnerships, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Corteiz, Trapstar, Stussy, Nike or any other brand named on this site.
All brand names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.
Every item is sourced from trusted suppliers and reviewed before dispatch. We describe what that check involves on our About page, and we do not claim more than we do.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
Pricing
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may attract import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel.
Product descriptions and sizing
We aim to describe every item accurately, including fit. Measurements are approximate garment measurements and may vary slightly between production runs. Colours may appear differently between screens.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. See our Returns and Refunds page for how to exercise these rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content systematically, or disrupt it. Content on this site, including written descriptions and guides, belongs to HypeWard and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
