Answered faster on the site than by us
- Sizing. Every collection page carries a size guide with real garment measurements, plus notes where a line runs differently. Corteiz cargos have a non-elasticated waist. Trapstar Decoded puffers run cropped. Stüssy uses US sizing. Essentials is cut oversized, so size down for a conventional fit. These are all on the pages.
- Where your order is. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Check spam before contacting us, as tracking emails land there more often than they should.
- Delivery. Dispatch within 48 hours, then 4 to 5 working days in the UK. Free over £99.
- Returns. 14 days from delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page.
What to include
If you are contacting us about an existing order, include your order number. It saves an exchange of emails and gets you an answer considerably faster.
If you are asking about fit before buying, tell us your usual size and your height. Generic sizing advice is less useful than advice for you, and we would rather help you order right the first time than process a return afterwards.
Sourcing questions
We are happy to answer questions about how we source. We are an independent reseller rather than an official stockist and we hold no brand partnerships. If you want to know what checks a specific item goes through before it ships, ask and we will tell you.
