Shipping
UK delivery
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Delivery estimates run from the point of dispatch rather than the point of order, because every item is checked before it goes out.
- Dispatch: within 48 hours of your order
- UK delivery: 4 to 5 working days from dispatch
- Free UK and worldwide delivery on all orders over £99
- Under £99: delivery charge shown at checkout before you pay
Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Worldwide delivery
We ship internationally, with options shown at checkout based on your destination. Estimates vary by country and are given before you pay.
Customs and import duties. Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot estimate them in advance, as they vary by country and by declared value.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder first, then email support@hypewarduk.com.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the number is issued. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Why we check before dispatch
Every item is reviewed before it leaves us: correct line, correct colourway, correct size, no transit damage. This is why our dispatch window is 48 hours rather than same-day. We would rather add a day than send something that is not right.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed beyond 5 working days from dispatch, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier. If it is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund it.
We cannot deliver to an address you did not enter, so please check your delivery details before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake and we will amend it if the order has not yet shipped.
